Alpicool Warranty

All products come with 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated(Provide a 1-year warranty for the whole machine and a 3-year warranty for the compressor). Products found to be defective within the warranty period will be replaced based on a case by case basis and at the discretion.

Products with quality problems can be returned and repaired. Customer needs to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will repair and ship back to the customer. Buyers pay all the shipping fees on both sides.
